When are the group coaching calls held?

All calls are recorded and uploaded to the membership platform, so you can always catch the replay if you can’t join live.

When are group coaching call replays made available?

We aim to upload call replays to the membership platform and send them out via email within 1 working day.

Where can I find the coaching call replays?

Head to the Group Session area in the community via the left-hand navigation bar.

Select "Past" to see previous sessions.

Click the date you’re looking for, and the replay link will be in the description.

How often are the resources updated?

New resources are added monthly, so there’s always something fresh for you to explore and implement.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time from inside your account—no need to wait for support.

If you're on a DESKTOP:

Log in at: https://www.narcissistnab.com/login
Click the community.
Click your Avatar (top-right corner of the screen)
Select Settings from the dropdown
Under Account Information, click Billing (top-left of the screen)

Depending on your payment method, you’ll now follow one of the two paths below:

✅ If you paid by card:

Under Active Subscriptions, click Cancel this subscription
Confirm your cancellation when prompted

✅ If you paid via PayPal:

Under Active Subscriptions, click Cancel in PayPal
You’ll be redirected to your PayPal account
Click Payments in the top menu
Select Manage automatic payments
Find HERUNAPOLOGETICSUCCESS in the sidebar and click it
Click Cancel and confirm cancellation of automatic payments

Once cancelled, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. You can view your cancelled subscription and your access end date in your Purchase History.

Can I pause my subscription?

We don’t currently offer the option to pause. You're welcome to cancel and rejoin later—but please note that discounted pricing is forfeited upon cancellation. Rejoining means signing up at the current rate, which may be higher.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued, as clearly stated at sign-up.
